We are thrilled to share that our mission is featured in the latest issue of Relocating Baldwin County! Written by our very own Kristin Koppen, the article spotlights Sallie's Ashes, the 40-minute documentary capturing our movement's origin.

When late-stage cancer returned, our dear friend Sallie Smith dedicated her final months to protecting Mobile Bay. Alongside Diane Thomas (the researcher) and Savan Wilson (the techie), these three founding grandmothers refused to sit idly by while 21 million tons of toxic coal ash threatened our coast.

Though we lost Sallie, her legacy lives on through the Coal Ash Action Group. Read the full feature at the button below and learn how you can stand with us to protect our waterways.
